What we built

One transcript, one complete package: Show notes, chapter markers with timestamps, texts for Apple and Spotify, intro and outro for editing, LinkedIn, newsletter, blog, Instagram, Google Business posts, tweets, dedicated promo texts for each guest, quote cards, carousel graphics and branded PDF packages. All from a single file.
No invented facts: Ordinary AI chats forget instructions, mix up shows and invent names or quotes. Here every AI response is checked automatically: names and quotes must appear in the transcript, wrong timestamps are removed, and content from one show never ends up with another.
One memory per show: When a text is corrected, the correction can be saved as a fixed rule for all future episodes of that show. The system also learns the brand voice directly from the show’s website, LinkedIn profile and blog. It is always visible which rules currently apply.

Technical details

Private, multi-tenant AI production system that generates a complete content package from a podcast transcript. Reliability does not come from prompts alone but from prompt locks, deterministic validation in code after every model response, a persistent rule memory per show with an audit log and strict data separation via row level security.

Was wir gebaut haben

Ein Transkript, ein komplettes Paket: Show Notes, Kapitelmarken mit Zeitangaben, Texte für Apple und Spotify, Intro und Outro für den Schnitt, LinkedIn, Newsletter, Blog, Instagram, Google-Business-Posts, Tweets, eigene Werbetexte für jeden Gast, Zitatkarten, Karussell-Grafiken und gebrandete PDF-Pakete. Alles aus einer einzigen Datei.
Keine erfundenen Fakten: Normale KI-Chats vergessen Anweisungen, verwechseln Shows und erfinden Namen oder Zitate. Hier wird jede Antwort der KI automatisch geprüft: Namen und Zitate müssen im Transkript vorkommen, falsche Zeitangaben werden entfernt, Inhalte einer Show landen nie bei einer anderen.
Ein Gedächtnis pro Show: Wird ein Text korrigiert, kann die Korrektur als feste Regel für alle künftigen Folgen dieser Show gespeichert werden. Zusätzlich lernt das System die Markenstimme direkt von der Website, dem LinkedIn-Profil und dem Blog der Show. Jederzeit ist sichtbar, welche Regeln gerade gelten.

Technische Details

Privates, mandantenfähiges KI-Produktionssystem, das aus einem Podcast-Transkript ein vollständiges Content-Paket erzeugt. Zuverlässigkeit entsteht nicht durch Prompts allein, sondern durch Prompt-Locks, deterministische Validierung im Code nach jeder Modellantwort, ein persistentes Regelgedächtnis pro Show mit Audit-Log und strikte Datentrennung per Row Level Security.
